Terms & Conditions for Gold Coast International Weekender Package
Weekender Package is a promotional rate which is only available for new bookings made via www.gci.com.au/weekender between 12pm (AEST) on Sunday, 31 May 2009 and 12am (AEST) on Monday, 30 August 2009. Weekender Packages are restricted to consecutive two night weekend stays at Gold Coast International hotel only with a late check-out to 4pm, and are valid for stays between Sunday, 31 May 2009 and Monday, 30 August 2009 inclusive.
Weekender Packages are subject to room and rate availability and require full pre-payment. Bookings will only be confirmed upon pre-payment via a valid credit card. Credit card charges will be processed within 24 hours of making a booking. Credit card details will be retained and may be used for any future charges that may remain unpaid at time of stay.
Once a successful booking transaction is completed the purchaser will receive, via email, a confirmation of the booking. A tax invoice will be available upon request at hotel check-in or check-out.
Guests will be responsible for any additional room costs or hotel charges incurred whilst staying on the Weekender Package booking.
TheWeekender Package offer is not valid on a pre-existing booking or in combination with any other Gold Coast International or Rydges Hotel & Resorts current promotional campaign including Rydges Stay Any Time voucher promotion and Rydges Weekend Web Rates promotion. Customers may purchase multiple Weekender Package bookings.
Cancellations & changes
Weekender Package bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. There will be strictly NO refunds available for Weekender Packages. Changes and modification to Weekender Package bookings are also not permitted.
Rydges PriorityGUEST members will not earn Rydges Reward Points nor receive any further discounts when booking a Weekender Package. All other standard & platinum PriorityGUEST member benefits will apply during the promotion.
