Our new look Grand Ballroom is incredibly flexible for up to 750 guests, and our specialist conference and event team have the ability to tailor your event to suit your individual goals.

Well appointed pillar-less function rooms play host to conferences, extensive trade shows, product or car launches, gala dinners, cocktail parties or a casual Aussie BBQ, in various indoor and outdoor locations within the GCI Hotel.

Level 1

Innovative use of glass walls and expansive windows allow natural light to shine in on your event. Our flexible conference layout gives us the freedom to transform any of our function areas, for your individual seminar or multiple concurrent sessions, as well as offering alternative venue options to allow your guests to enjoy our delectable conference morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas.

At the GCI Hotel, we understand your requirement to keep in touch with the office. Our fully equipped Business Centre has natural light, is accessible 24 hours a day, and designed to cater for all your business needs, in a peaceful and professional environment.

Levels 2 & 22

In addition to our larger function rooms, you can select one of our more intimate rooms on levels 2 and 22, with spectacular mountain river and ocean views, to set the mood for inspiration.

Why not conduct that all-important team building activity on our Pool Deck, Moreton Terrace on Level 2 or on the beautiful Gold Coast beach only 50 metres away from the Hotel.
