Our Gold Coast Conference Venues

With 16 versatile function rooms and exceptional attention to detail we can tailor solutions to your specific needs. The conference facilities are flexible, adaptable and fully equipped to meet the needs of the most complex conference requirements. From conferences, meetings, trade exhibitions and incentives for up to 750 delegates, our wealth of experience and local expertise ensures the success of your event at our superb Gold Coast location.


Grand Ballroom Facility


The Grand Ballroom is located on our ground floor. With 6 metre high ceilings and totalling 598 square metres of pillar-less space, the Grand Ballroom can comfortably house 500 delegates in banquet style seating. Outfitted with wireless hi-speed Internet access as well as state-of-the-art facility upgrades, the Grand Ballroom presents with refreshed interiors featuring new custom-made carpets, accentuated by the use of earthy and warm paint schemes finished with modern fittings.

The Grand Ballroom can be divided into thirds to makes up Lindeman, Hamilton and Magneticrooms (each one third of the Grand Ballroom).

The Magnetic room (one third of the Grand Ballroom) located adjacent to the Lindeman and Hamilton rooms can again be broken down into thirds to become Heron, Brampton and Fraser rooms. Often these rooms are utilised as breakout areas to compliment a larger plenary session.

The Grand Ballroom offers access from the Hotel driveway or loading dock – ideal for conferences with trade exhibitions. The adjacent Grand Ballroom Foyer has an abundance of natural light for your guests to refresh themselves during breaks or pre dinner drinks. A private outdoor area offers another option for guests to experience the Gold Coast sunshine.


Gallery Room


Located on the 1st Floor is the Gallery room. Gallery room has an abundance of natural light and a private balcony area perfect for exhibitors or morning and afternoon tea breaks. The adjacent Guest Lounge is perfect for a spacious catering area for your guests.


Margots Room


Located on the first floor is Margots Room. Formally a fine dining restaurant, Margots has been transformed into an elegant private function room featuring unique architecture and natural light. Hibiscus Lounge, located adjacent to Margots, offers the perfect area for pre dinner drinks or conference catering.


Moreton Room


The Moreton room with its timber ceiling feature and open plan, offers a delightful meeting room. Moreton room opens to an outside area incorporating gardens overlooking the ocean and a large paved area overlooking the Gold Coast Hinterland.


North & South Stradbroke Rooms


Located on the 2nd Floor the North & South Stradbroke rooms are smaller conference facilities which feature an abundance of natural light and ocean views.


The Boardroom


The Boardroom has a large mahogany boardroom table with seating for up to 12 delegates. The Boardroom features a private kitchen and bathroom area, and a large outdoor patio, perfect for both morning and afternoon teas.


The Private Club


The Private Club, located on the top floor of the hotel combines elegant surrounds with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. This venue has private toilet facilities and separate staff serving access making it perfect for small meetings.


Pool Deck


The Pool Deck is a fantastic outdoor area for casual BBQ dinners or informal cocktail parties. Seating capacity is up to 120 guests.
